Everybody LOVES getting paid. Not everybody loves writing invoices, keeping records, and everything else required to get paid.

Of course there are those expensive, and mid-level software that pretty much rival an ACTUAL person sitting there keeping your records, but they can cost quite a bit. And then you still have to learn to use the program, set it up, attach account numbers, routing numbers, first born child’s name.

That’s why I love Zoho.

Zoho invoicing is an online invoicing software which can be free (trial software allows only 5 invoices at once) or for a nominal fee. What you get in return however is a no bullshit invoicing system that is quick, simple and effective. Just type in the info, prices, tax (if applicable), S&H, and voila, it puts it all in nice, neat, and professional. But the fun doesn’t stop there.

Once the invoice is sent, you can set up zoho to send constant reminders, warnings, and finally notices that accounts are overdue. Want to charge a late fee? Zoho will do it automatically.

The only thing it can’t do is actually show up and collect the money. That my friend is up to you & perhaps your large burly neighbor named Tiny.
