If there is one thing that can make life as a designer (or any creative for that matter) it is to be able to meet with clients without having to MEET with clients.
Enter Conceptshare. Read on for more info and a screenshot of the actual workboard.
This awesome piece of software, available at www.conceptshare.com for a small monthly fee (they have a trial version too which is fantastic for small time users), can change the way you service your clients.
Conceptshare allows your clients to not only view the current project, but to annotate, mark, scribble, highlight, and put notes to whatever they see fit.
Don’t like a color? scribble it out. Typos? Add a note with the corrected version? Don’t like the concept at all? No problem, just reupload the new verison and repeat.
One of the best features however, has to be the online chatting. Allowing for real time feedback from the client as they view the work.
Most importantly, Scott Brooks (@scottbrooks), Founder of Conceptshare recently reached out to me via Twitter asking for my feedback of Conceptshare. I love the fact that software reflect the designer. Scott Brooks & co. care about their users thoughts and feedback, which allows them to create a product to help you show you care about your clients.
Plus he’s Canadian so that makes him alright in my book!
