The Flashbulb Group has just posted a great little interview about Joseph Columbo, known to the blogging world as The Actual Joey Himself, also on Twitter (@theactualjoey).

An Orange County photographer based in Whittier (bordering OC) who, on his blog/portfolio site describes himself as a “World Travelin, Soul Photographin…. a visual artist who specializes in a meaningful photo journalistic approach to my photography.”

His work ranges from landscape, portrait, and most notably, weddings. We were impressed by his natural ability to photograph some of the most standard images and turn them into visual adventures. His portraits, even when shot for fun, are masterfully composed and his wedding photos tell fantastic stories.
