I have used almost every proofing application on the web be it Proofhq, Creationflow or ProofHub. Creationflow has a nice GUI for designers but a difficult experience for clients to understand how to review a design. For this i would personally recommend ProofHub. Its better, easier, and a cost effective alternative. Give it a try.

Hi, I am the COO of CreationFlow mentioned above.
Thanks Justin for the nice things you said about us.

About the aesthetics: Usability is a top-priority for us and I know we have a lot to improve. Our focus is to make CreationFlow easier to understand and easier to use.

That's the reason we prefer a minimalistic design website which is quicker to load on the browser, easier to find out what the product does, test it, see the pricing and subscribe to the service.

I personally dislike fancy-design and buzzword websites such as "We are committed to satisfy our clients needs bla bla" and after a while you keep asking "Do they offer programming or accounting services?".

I have just tested the system and compared it to ProofHQ and Conceptshare.

In my view Creationflow is inferior to both ProofHQ and Conceptshare from a usability perspective. Conceptshare has a nice GUI for designers, but ProofHQ is much better for getting clients to understand how to review a design.

Also, I tested a high quality PDF brochure (22MB). ProofHQ was the only one of the three that displayed the proof to a high standard and loaded quickly. Creationflow was really shocking at a high zoom. Conceptshare wasn't much better.

Conceptshare does screnshot capture and I had to upload a screenshot to the other two.

[...] Don’t let Creationflow’s skin-and-bones look fool you. If you are a designer who works with multiple people and clients, this site boasts it’s own project management feature which will help you maintain order in an efficient way. Pricing is the same with a few more options than Conceptshare. Check out the review of it here. [...]
